I had my baby!

For those of you who might not know, or who have simply forgotten, and even for those of you who have been waiting around for information; I figured I should tell everyone that I had my baby! I found out I was pregnant on New Year’s Day, so I have very literally been pregnant all year. My daughter was due on September 1st, but apparently was far too comfortable, so I was 10 days overdue before I had to have an induction. A mechanical induction followed by 12 hours of labor and my beautiful little girl finally made her debut.

Needless to say, I am off on a bit of a hiatus while I figure out this whole parenting thing. I’m struggling with my breastfeeding, so that is eating a bunch of time and energy.

I will not be taking any requests/tours/etc for my blog until the end of October at the earliest. Chances are, I will skip out on these (unless I sign up for them directly, of course) until the end of the year so that I can focus on my baby and try to get my Netgalley Challenge beaten. You guys understand.

I miss blogging all the time, but time just isn’t on my side right now. I’m still planning on my rename as well, but I decided to just wait and do that at the end of the year instead. With any luck, that will happen in December. Just have to get on a schedule and get things finished. But I wanted to let you all know what was going on so you don’t think I’ve abandoned my blog or anything. Hope everyone has had an amazing summer and that autumn is starting out right!
